Using this website

This website gives information about the services and products of Aqua Service. Submitting a booking form is a request for a visit, not a confirmed appointment, until we contact you and confirm the time.

Service charge and estimates

The service visit charge of ₹249 covers the technician's visit and inspection. Repair, spare parts, filters, membranes and installation are charged separately. We tell you the estimate before starting work, and work begins only after you agree.

Prices and offers shown on the website are indicative and may change. Product prices marked 'Call for price' are shared on enquiry.

Service timing

'Same-day service' means we try to visit on the day you call, subject to technician availability, location and traffic. Arrival times shown for each area are estimates.

Spare parts and warranty

Any warranty on spare parts or work is explained when you approve the job and is limited to what is stated at that time. We are not responsible for faults caused by misuse, power surges, unsuitable water supply or work done by others after our visit.

Limitation of liability

We take care with every job, but to the extent allowed by law Aqua Service is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
