Our service visit starts at just ₹249. This covers the technician's visit and inspection of your purifier. If a repair or spare part is needed, we tell you the cost first and start only after you agree.

For most homes, a service every 3 to 4 months keeps the water safe and the purifier healthy. If your water is hard or has high TDS, or the purifier is used heavily, every 3 months is better.

A normal service takes about 30 to 60 minutes. Most repairs are finished in the same visit; if a special spare part has to be arranged, we tell you how long it will take.

As a guide: sediment filter every 3 to 6 months, carbon filter every 6 to 12 months, RO membrane every 1 to 2 years and UV lamp about once a year. Hard or high-TDS water wears parts out sooner, so we advise based on your actual water.
